Colleagues, it's a great honor to be here and to see such distinguished company. And many thanks to the organizer. Many thanks for the opportunity to speak with you, colleagues.

几年前去世的著名生物学家爱德华·威尔逊，曾提到人类真正的问题在于，我们拥有旧石器时代的情感、中世纪的制度和神的技术。这三个时代的结合非常危险，非常可怕。这对我们所有人来说都是一个挑战。

Edward Wilson, a very famous biologist, who passed away a couple years ago, mentioned that the real problem with humanity is that we have the emotions of the palaeolithic era, medieval institutions and the technology of the gods. This combination of these three moments is very risky, is very terrible. It's a challenge for all of us.

在我看来，“一带一路”倡议是创建世界新秩序的重要倡议之一。但我们应该考虑到这一进程中的人文因素，因为谁是这一项目最终的受益者？是大众，人民。150个国家里，我们和周围的许多人是（受益者）。这很重要。

The Belt and Road (Initiative) project, from my point of view, (is) one of the most important initiatives for creating a new world order. But we should think about the human dimension in this process because who are the final beneficiaries of this project? Hoi polloi, "haves and don't haves", people. We are. And a lot of people around us in our countries, in 150 states. It's very important.

与此同时，我想提及的第二件事是交流问题，在我们的社会、我们的国家、我们国家之间、我们社会之间、我们人民之间的交流问题。当然，我们一方面拥有丰富的信息。另一方面，我们在信息海洋中的导航却存在很多问题。此外还有今天有些同事提到的，西方媒体占主导地位的问题。

At the same time, second thing that I like to mention, is the problem of our communication, in our society, in our country, between our countries, between our societies, between our people. Because of course, we have on the one hand information abundance. On the other hand, we have a lot of problems with navigation in this information ocean. And at the same time, some of the colleagues mentioned today about the domination of western media.

当然，在“一带一路”倡议中，我们不仅要考虑人文因素，还要考虑人文信息、人文交流。我们应该获得关于彼此、关于倡议的真实可靠的信息。这是非常重要的，我认为在这方面我们需要共同努力。我希望这是能做到的。

Of course, we should think during this project, not only about human dimension and about human information, human communication. We should get real, reliable information about each other, about processes. It's very important and probably I think we need common efforts for it. I hope it's possible.

第三点，我要重申，“一带一路”倡议是一个极其重要的项目。还有一些平行的项目，一些平行的发展方式。我指的是金砖国家、上合组织等等，有很多项目。我们应该考虑建设新的制度，因为当今世界的问题之一就是相互依存日益加深，而这个世界缺乏监管，缺乏监管机制。我们应该考虑相关问题。

And as a third point, means that the Belt and Road Initiative, I can repeat, is extremely important project. There's some parallel projects, some parallel ways of development. I mean BRICS, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and so on, a lot of initiatives. We should think about new institutions because one of the problems of contemporary world is the growing interdependence and the lack of regulation, the lack of institution for regulation in this world. We should think about it.

在我看来，这三点，或者说三项任务，都与“一带一路 ”倡议中的人文因素密切相关。非常感谢。

And from my point of view, all these three points or three tasks are close to the human dimension in belt and road project. Thank you very much indeed.
