Choi Jae Cheon, born in November of 1963, graduated with a Ph. D degree in law from Chonnam National University. He was elected as a member of the ROK's 17th and 19th National Assembly. Currently he is the managing partner and attorney at law of the Heritage Law Firm in ROK and director of the NEWSILKROAD Institute. His works include New Challenges and Hope of Korean Diplomacy.
