HELSINKI, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- Finnish national carrier Finnair will resume weekly flights from Finland's capital Helsinki to Guangzhou, a southern city of China, starting from Sept. 6, the airline said in a press release on Monday.
According to Finnair, the flight will be operated with an Airbus A350 aircraft, with departures from Helsinki on Tuesdays and from Guangzhou on Thursdays.
Flight bookings are available through Finnair's direct sales channels and travel agents as of Monday.
The Helsinki-Guangzhou flight provides connections to a range of Finnair's European destinations. Currently, Finnair flies to two destinations in China, namely, Shanghai and Hong Kong, on weekly basis.
